Bill brings nearly 40 years of experience from the education and corporate sector to the Chameleon Education initiative. 

Following on from his teaching and leadership roles in schools, he established his own leadership training company over 20 years ago and has worked with leaders and leadership teams in NI and in many other countries around the world. This has included the design and delivery of world-class leadership programs and the provision of one to one coaching for leaders up to CEO level. 

Bill is a member of the Association Of Coaching in Ireland and holds licenses for a suite of highly regarded psychometric assessments.

Eight years ago Bill founded Leon Edu and this latest initiative is significant development of
that popular school development resource.

Philip Reid B.Ed DASE M.Sc PQH(NI)

With over 40 years working in the education sector and outdoor education Philip brings a wealth of experience to the Chameleon team, particularly relating to leadership and management and finding creative solutions to reach strategic planning goals.

Philip graduated from Stranmillis College in 1984, furthering his  training at both Queen’s University and his Masters in Education Management at Ulster University during his career.  

He retired from his post of Principal of Mill Strand Integrated Primary School & Nursery in January 2025 after thirty five years’ leadership experience in schools.

Having worked in both the controlled and integrated sectors of education he is all too familiar with the challenges that schools, at all levels and in all sectors face today.  His commitment to the creation and development of Chameleon Education is a way of  ‘giving something back’, to support school leadership teams  and in particular to help  develop the school leaders of the future. 

Justin Conville B.Ed M.Sc PQH(NI)

Justin brings over two decades of leadership experience to the Chameleon team, and is passionate about developing school leaders and shaping school cultures equipped to meet today’s complex educational challenges.

A graduate of Stranmillis University College (2001), Justin has held a variety of leadership roles across three schools. Throughout his career, he has worked with – and learned from – outstanding school leaders, continually seeking to deepen his own understanding of effective leadership. This commitment led to his completion of an MSc in Collaborative Leadership at Queen’s University, Belfast.

For more than 15 years, Justin has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for the Education Authority and Singularis Education. His professional interests include organisational culture, coaching, international education, and addressing educational disadvantage.

He is currently Principal of King’s Park Primary School in Newtownabbey.
