Chameleon Education was created to support school principals and leadership teams meet the challenges of the ever changing and evolving educational environment in which schools operate today.
At Chameleon, we hope to make meeting those challenges easier and more manageable by providing personal development opportunities, in settings removed from the often hectic environment of schools. Space where self reflection and personal development can effectively take place and from where course participants can return to their schools better equipped and better prepared.

Drawing from many years of experience in education and global business, the team at Chameleon Education designs and delivers high quality training.
This training does not take a prescriptive approach, rather it is specifically designed to give school leaders additional tools to enable them to better manage themselves and better lead and manage others, tools that can be adapted to any environment.
Why Every School is Different
Every school is unique, in terms of its ethos, values, staff, buildings, enrolment and the community it serves. This, in turn requires schools to develop bespoke solutions to meet the unique challenges and demands that they face. While all schools have an agreed curriculum to deliver and statutory obligations to meet, these solutions, policies and practice determine how schools can best achieve this.
