We were delighted to welcome a representative group of principals and school leaders, from across the province, representing all sectors of primary & post primary education to Allstate on Tuesday, for the official launch of Chameleon Education.
Everyone was welcomed to the Allstate facility by Dwyer Gorman and introduced to the work of Allstate NI through a short video presentation including the company’s work with schools, in particular, in the IT industry. At the end of the event, he also gave guests a guided tour of the training facilities being used by Chameleon Education.
Bill Roy and the Chameleon team took attendees through a presentation of the rationale and training on offer from Chameleon Education, both at Allstate and school based. The team also took principals through the TPL Funding process and gave guidance on how to access funding in the short window available.
A Q&A session followed the presentation and it was great to get the insight and input of serving school leaders, enabling the us to further refine what is on offer.
A fantastic lunch was provided by the catering team at Allstate to conclude the day and all attendees left with a copy of Goffee & Jones ‘Why Should Anyone be Led by You? book, as a gift from the Chameleon Team.
We are excited for the year ahead and look forward to welcoming many more school leaders to our training in Belfast and the North West.
