What information we collect and why
When you send us an enquiry
If you use the form on our Get In Touch page, email us or call us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the name of your school, which course you are interested in and anything else you choose to tell us.
We use this to answer your enquiry, to suggest or arrange training for your school, and to keep a record of our conversation.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where you go on to book training, taking the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
When your school books training
When a school books a course, we collect the names and contact details of the people attending so we can run the course, send joining instructions and resources, and invoice the school.
Lawful basis: performance of our contract with your school, and our legitimate interest in running our courses.
Course feedback
After a course we may ask you to complete a feedback form. [Confirm whether the forms ask for a name or are anonymous.] We use feedback to improve our courses. We only publish a comment as a testimonial with the written permission of the person who gave it.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in improving our courses. Publishing a testimonial: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The Digital Campus
Schools that have trained with us can download their course materials from the Digital Campus. Access is by a password we give to the school. We do not create individual accounts and we do not collect personal information when you use it.
